Sieging The Dwarf Fortress: Part Three

The third and final entry in my Sieging the Dwarf Fortress series is now up over at Games.On.Net. It’s been an intriguing, sometimes confusing, but incredibly rewarding trip through a crazy ASCII realm.

In the last installment, we left poor Deduk alone in his bed, having faced a dwarven civilisation massacre. Does this tale have a happy ending? You’ll have to read on to find out.

Yes, the show had to go on, and so it was with a heavy heart that I booted up Dwarf Fortress again; the first time I had done so since poor Deduk had given up on life. Before I was able to begin a new game though, I had to pay him a final visit.
